Returns

Hassle-free returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.

Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹150

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Refund Method: All approved returns will be refunded only as WearFluid Store Credit. No refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account, irrespective of the payment mode (Prepaid or COD).

Store Credit Validity: Store Credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases at WearFluid.

Non-returnable items: Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, rompers, and stationery items (e.g., stickers).

Exchanges

Hassle-free exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.

Reverse Shipping Fee: No Fee on Exchange

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-exchangeable items: Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, rompers, and stationery items (e.g., stickers).

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

Please Note: Once the exchanged product has been delivered, it will not be eligible for any further return or exchange.

Store Credit

Once we receive the product(s) and they pass our quality check, the applicable WearFluid Store Credit will be issued within 48 hours.

Store Credit:

  • Is issued for 100% of the eligible return value (after applicable reverse shipping charges, if any).

  • Is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

  • Can be redeemed on future purchases at WearFluid.

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to any payment method.

Important

  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • All items must be unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect products should be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Please note that cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Reverse Pickup Policy

All products will undergo a Quality Check (QC) at the time of pickup.

The QC process will verify that the correct product is being handed over, based strictly on the tag and label provided by WearFluid.

The product must match the following details to pass the QC check: product image, color, size, brand name, brand tag, seal tag, usage condition (must be unused and undamaged), style ID, color code, and SKU.

Once the products are sealed, please click an image of the same.

If the product presented does not align with the expected specifications as per the WearFluid tag and label, it will be rejected at the point of pickup.

Please Note: Products that fail to meet the defined quality standards will not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, once a product has been rejected during QC, reapplication for return or exchange will not be permitted.

Do not hand over any products without a valid pickup slip or SMS confirmation.

Note

  • WearFluid Store Credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

  • Customers are required to enter a valid email ID and contact number while placing an order. This is especially important as Store Credit details and updates are communicated to the registered email address and cannot be modified later from the backend.

  • Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for returns. Only one size exchange will be allowed for such orders, subject to product availability.
