4. Orders, Payments & Billing

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

  • We may cancel or limit orders suspected to be from resellers or fraudulent sources.

  • You agree to provide accurate and updated account, shipping, and payment information at the time of purchase.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.

  • Orders placed using store credits or gift cards are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

  • COD orders are refunded via store credits or discount codes only.

6. Gift Cards & Store Credits

  • Store credits and digital gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be reissued once expired.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout but may vary based on location or unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping policies may be updated without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may offer access to tools or links from third parties. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party websites or services linked from our platform. Use at your own risk and discretion.
